Delusion Test is based on the work of Daniel Freeman and colleagues the Green et al. Paranoid Thoughts Scale. Delusion test is the interactive version developed by Drdeenz and is not affiliated with the the original research. The results provided by this quiz is for informational purposes only.
Researchers often try to find out how individuals interpret social situations in terms of personal relevance and perceived threat. The scale mainly focuses on paranoid ideation, like interpreting others’ actions as personally directed, feeling observed, judged or talked about, and suspicion of negative or harmful intentions by others.
The scale is based on two key Dimensions: Reference (Social Interpretation) and Persecution (Threat Perception) . Reference measures how strongly you tend to perceive everyday social situations as related to you personally. Persecution assesses the extent to which you perceive others’ actions as intentionally negative or harmful.
