Version 2 (MAIA-2) est un instrument d'auto-\u00e9valuation psychologique con\u00e7u pour \u00e9valuer la conscience interoceptive, qui fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de remarquer, d'interpr\u00e9ter et de se rapporter aux sensations corporelles internes.<\/p>\n<p>Le MAIA-2 \u00e9value plusieurs dimensions de la conscience corporelle, notamment l'attention port\u00e9e aux sensations corporelles, la connexion \u00e9motionnelle1TP8Corps, l'autor\u00e9gulation par la conscience corporelle, la confiance dans les signaux corporels et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir l'attention sur les exp\u00e9riences physiques internes.<\/p>\n<p>L'int\u00e9roception joue un r\u00f4le important dans la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle, la gestion du stress, la pleine conscience, la gu\u00e9rison des traumatismes, la prise de conscience de la sant\u00e9 physique et le bien-\u00eatre psychologique. La recherche sugg\u00e8re qu'une conscience interceptive saine est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience \u00e9motionnelle, \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension de soi, \u00e0 l'adaptation et \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de l'int\u00e9gration entre l'esprit et le corps.<\/p>\n<p>Le MAIA-2 est largement utilis\u00e9 dans la recherche sur la pleine conscience, la psychologie somatique, les soins tenant compte des traumatismes, les \u00e9tudes sur la m\u00e9ditation, la m\u00e9decine comportementale et la psychologie clinique.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9chelle mesure plusieurs dimensions de la conscience int\u00e9roceptive, notamment<br \/>\n- Notification<br \/>\n- Pas-Distraction<br \/>\n- Pas-Inqui\u00e9tude<br \/>\n- R\u00e9gulation de l'attention<br \/>\n- Conscience \u00e9motionnelle<br \/>\n- Self-Regulation<br \/>\n- \u00c9coute du corps<br \/>\n- Confiance<\/p>\n<p>La MAIA-2 est un instrument de connaissance de soi et de recherche et n'est pas con\u00e7ue pour fournir un diagnostic m\u00e9dical ou psychiatrique.<\/p>\n        \n\n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"dpse-meta-title\">\n            Proc\u00e9dure\n        <\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n            On vous pr\u00e9sentera une s\u00e9rie d'affirmations relatives aux sensations corporelles, \u00e0 la conscience, aux exp\u00e9riences \u00e9motionnelles, \u00e0 l'attention et \u00e0 la conscience physique de soi.
